Nice to (e)meet you, I'm Lucy 👋🏼

I’m a User Experience Research Lead, specializing in growth spaces and facilitation based co-design. I’m insatiably curious: I love learning with and from folks to build things that delight (and hopefully make a little progress for society? Money for my employer? Both?) That built thing has taken many forms: microfinance apps for refugees entering the workforce in their new home country, bespoke escape rooms, software for biologists analyzing microscopic images at scale, summer camp staffing platforms…diverse industries, I know! Like I said- I’m curious, agile, and always down for a new challenge.

I’ve covered the mixed-method research gamut over my decade in game, and feel equally at ease fly-on-the-wall-ing latent needs as I do delivering strategic insights to CEOs. Be it 0>1 product discovery, evaluative statistics, or strategic insight scaling, I’m your gal.
