DESIGN Using data analytics, I reviewed per person costs relative to performance genre and venue, correlated with attendance and membership renewal rates, and assessed competing organizations' benefit programing. I interviewed donor teams to understand what incentivized membership and attendance. Finally, I worked with vendors across campus to design unique, lower cost experiences.
DELIVER A formal presentation delivered to VP of Development recommending cost efficiency measures, strategic date alignment with membership renewal cycles, and a redesigned interactive experience. Implemented plan reduced costs by 25% and supported increases in donor retention across all giving levels.

DISCOVER As electric vehicles become increasingly mainstream, how can the automotive industry incorporate the needs, goals, and observed behavior patterns of target audiences into their market strategies?
DESIGN I analyzed electric car data across the United States, including EPA findings, automotive company sales, and branding. I interviewed current and prospective car owners as well as sustainability enthusiasts to understand user background, values, and affordances. I also researched the automobile purchase process using interviews, ethnographic study, systems mapping and socio-technical algorithms.
DELIVER The aggregated findings were used to create concise data visualizations. User personas and journey maps help the client understand behavior and inclinations of future buyers.
